With the “Assemble your vintage” workshop, learn the basics of tasting and the main grape varieties, and then try as a team to create the best vintage possible.

The process

With a wine guide, first learn the art of tasting and the characteristics of the main grape varieties.

In teams, then test different blends in order to create the best vintage.

Be careful, at the end, a blind tasting is planned to determine the best vintage of all the teams!
